How to Hide Date of Birth from Profile View and in the Search Result

This tutorial shows you how to hide the birthday from the profile view and also the search results.

Instructions
1. Go to phpMyAdmin and look for DateOfBirth
2. In the show_on_page field, select 3,25 as the values to use. This will prevent the birthdate from showing up.

However, when someone does a search, the results will show the age of the person. For example, it will show "37 y/o male from Brampton, Canada".

In order to prevent the age from showing, you have to do a few things. Here they are:

1. Open up the searchrow.html file located in templates/tmpl_uni
2. On or about line 12 there is this line of script that also uses a token. It looks like this:

<div class="age_from">__age_sex__ __from__ __city_con__</div>

3. You want to comment that out or delete totally. For this tutorial, I will comment it out like this:

<!--<div class="age_from">__age_sex__ __from__ __city_con__</div>-->

Commenting it out will prevent the infromation from showing. However, it will show up if anyone does a view source on the page.

Actually that file also contains other tokens that call on other information such as nickname, thumbnail, and list actions as well.

Save the files and upload.
