1 bunch of broccoli (cut into flowerettes) 1 cup broth (chicken or vegi) 1/4 to 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 to 1 head of garlic (crushed or bruised and chopped)
Steam broccoli in broth (just a little).
In a separate little pan heat oil. Fry garlic in oil on medium heat until golden and slightly crispy.
Pour garlic and oil mixture over broccoli and toss. Voila!
