You can use QuARK, but I think I already prefer 3D World Studio. You can check out their site and also the tutorial for their early adopter release put out in October 2005 that I put together after spending hours on how to export to a .dif file so I can import into my Torque test game..

Here’s a great program to help you preview your file before you import it into Torque. It’s called the Torque Show Tool. It’s less than $40 and by the looks of it, you can a lot of time using this utilty when working with .dts files.
